Communication is a two-way street
We supported a Tier 1 bank in the EU that struggled to align IT and Compliance in preparing for a new application to go live. Our role as translator here is twofold: first we had to translate the regulatory requirements for IT. Then, we had to provide training to Compliance to use automated, traceable test reports. These training and facilitation efforts built trust, resulting in regulatory approval and a new best practice for future launches.
The client that went on a buying spree
We were asked by an organisation to help centralise their IT capabilities after it bought up several smaller competitors. Some offices had their own DevOps teams that developed their own software solution. The underlying capabilities of these solutions all had to meet the same physical safety regulations and often the same business requirements. We developed and proposed an Agile Way of Work for which we managed the roll-out. We guided both business and IT and eliminated duplicated effort.
