About COPAF Consulting
COPAF Consulting has its office in Rotterdam. A city known for its pragmatic approach and focus on delivery. With that mentality, we provide Business Analysis expertise to organisations operating in complex environments. We unite the perspectives of IT, business and regulation. Our Business Analysts are senior professionals who drive delivery within regulatory constraints.
Why COPAF Consulting?
COPAF Consulting is a name derived from the SCOPAFIJTH-framework. ‘SCOPAFIJTH’ is verbally abbreviated to ‘COPAF’. COPAF is an abbreviation for Communication, Organisation, Processes (and People), Administrative Organisation and Finance.
We have over a decade of practical experience in various regulated industries, ranging from financial services to public institutions. By providing and applying structure consistently, we can ensure a controlled implementation of the desired change end-to-end. This philosophy we have incorporated in COPAF Consulting, enabling organisations with Business Analysis capability through a small team of specialists. Our focus is on quality, not quantity.
What does COPAF Consulting do?
We specialise in ensuring that change is embedded in the organisation in a controlled manner end-to-end. This means that we deliver auditable, reproducible and scalable solutions. The change agent that manages change in such a manner is a Business Analyst. COPAF Consulting supports organisations that experience delays in delivery, challenges with IT, business and regulation or even with conflicting stakeholder perspectives. In that same capacity, we have proven experience in representing or supporting organisations during the strictest of regulatory audits.
We have deliberately chosen to only provide Business Analysis capability to ensure that we can consistently deliver quality.
What this looks like in practice
No project or change initiative is ever the same. We have over a decade of experience in executing change in a controlled manner. This experience shows in managed stakeholder interests that are aligned with the solution. It shows in Compliance and Legal being involved and informed in a language that they understand, as holds true for the Development team that has to work with the business requirements that we provide them with.
The result of our experience is found once the change is embedded in the organisation. Operations employees are not ambushed by a new IT-system come Monday morning. We provided them their training material and guided their training sessions beforehand. Incident Managers are prepared for use cases that may occur during operation. Control is found in aligning all organisational perspectives with matching stakeholders end-to-end.
